1. Estimates for general information only

Every calculator on this site provides estimates for general information only. The results are not tax advice, legal advice or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for advice about your own circumstances. Nothing on this site creates a professional, adviser or client relationship between you and ToolNestCalc.

A calculator has to simplify. Tax law contains allowances, exceptions, deadlines and interactions that a general tool cannot fully capture, and prices and rules change over time. Treat every result as a good starting estimate, not as a final figure.

2. Accuracy: our best work, no guarantee

We build each calculator from official sources — the tax legislation, the guidance of the relevant tax authority, and the published prices of the providers a tool covers — and we verify the figures before publishing and again when the underlying rules change. That is real care, but it is not a guarantee. We do not warrant that any result is complete, up to date or correct for your particular situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolNestCalc accepts no liability for any loss, cost or damage that arises from a decision made in reliance on an estimate from this site. The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Check important figures before you act

Before acting on any figure that matters — filing a tax return, accepting a salary offer, agreeing a contract or setting a budget — confirm it with a qualified professional or with the relevant authority, such as your national or state tax authority or your employer’s payroll department. If a result on this site ever disagrees with an official source, the official source prevails.

4. Intellectual property and using the tools

The text, design, layout and code of this site are the intellectual property of ToolNestCalc, except where a page credits someone else.

You may use the calculators freely, for personal purposes and for your business, as often as you wish, and you may share links to them anywhere. You may not republish the site, or substantial copies of it, elsewhere: that includes copying our pages wholesale, reproducing our calculator code as your own tool, or presenting our content as your own work. Brief quotations from our pages, with a clear link back to the original page, are welcome.

5. External links

Our pages link to official sources and, occasionally, to other external websites, for reference. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse everything a linked site contains.

6. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time, for example when the site adds new features or services. The version published on this page is the current one, with its effective date at the top. By continuing to use the site after a revision, you accept the updated terms.
